This privacy policy applies to the Site, the App, and all products and services offered by Choctaw Travel Plazas (hereinafter referred to as “us” or “we”).

The App requests access to your device’s location, including background location. Background location access is used to send notification when you are near a participating station or location. This permission is requested solely to enable this proximity notification feature and for no other purposes. Location data may be transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of delivering these proximity features. This data is used for real-time processing only and is not stored or retained. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for any purpose beyond app functionality.

For age-restricted content (AV/21+), identity verification is based solely on the personal address provided during account registration. We do not use device location, GPS data, or any other location signals to verify age or restrict access to age-related content.

You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling location access will limit proximity-based notifications and nearby station features but will not affect your ability to use other app functionalities, including access to age-restricted content.

How We Use Collected Information

Choctaw Travel Plazas collects and uses User’s personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service – User information helps us to more effectively respond to customer service requests and support needs.
To personalize User experience – We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.
To improve the Site – We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To process transactions – We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
